  • Candidates complete our application with personal data, job history and references.  This allows our staffing team to evaluate an applicant’s aptitude to follow directions, and review handwriting abilities.

  • Applicants’ skills are assessed by both computerized and paper tests.   This identifies levels of proficiency and experience.

  • Most importantly, all candidates are screened thoroughly with a behavioral interview by one of our staffing recruiters.  These interviews assist in discovering a candidate’s motivations, expectations and work preferences.

  • Our recruiters review and evaluate each applicant’s work history, references and test scores in order to make the right hiring decision.

Pre-employment services including drug testing and background checks are available, as well as, customized testing.
