Q:  What types of positions does Unlimited Staffing have?
A:  Unlimited Staffing’s broad categories are clerical, technical and light industrial.  The variety of assignments available cover a vast array of skills and work environments, from Office Managers and Customer Service Representatives to Production Workers and Forklift Operators to Engineers and Computer Technicians.

Q:  How much does Unlimited Staffing pay?
A:  Every company and every position pays differently.  Unlimited Staffing works closely with our clients to establish the pay rate for the particular position available.

Q:  Does Unlimited Staffing charge a fee?
A:  No.  There is never a fee to a job seeker.  Even if you accept an assignment through Unlimited Staffing, whether Temporary or Temp-To-Hire, there is never a fee to you.

Q:  How do I get work through Unlimited Staffing?
A:  Call and set an appointment to register with Unlimited Staffing.  You may fill out an application online prior to coming in for an interview or you can fill the application out at our office once you arrive. At that time, any necessary testing that is required for the type of work you are looking for can be completed.

Q:  Do I have to take any tests when I register with you?
A:  Light Industrial applicants are given a written evaluation covering safety, warehouse skills, elementary math and matching bar codes.

Q:  How long does the registration process take?
A:  Completing the registration process takes 1 – 1.5 hours.

Q:  How long will it take to find me a job?
A:  A number of applicants are placed immediately after registering with us for work.  However, we cannot guarantee a specific time in which we might have work available for you.  We keep your file active a minimum of 1 year from the date of registration, and you will be considered for any position that matches your skills and availability.

Q:  If I take a Temporary assignment, or something that’s not exactly what I’m looking for, will you still consider me for other positions that might be Temp-To-Hire, or in my field?
A:  Unlimited Staffing wants to see you succeed in your goals.  If you are on a Temporary assignment, and a position would come available that would meet your career goals, we would submit your resume, and arrange interviews around your temporary commitment.

Q:  What if I’m asked to do duties other than those I was hired to do?
A:  Call Unlimited Staffing any time you have concerns on the job.  If you are asked to do duties within the same guidelines as the original position (i.e., asking a file clerk to send out faxes), we suggest you proceed with the additional duties.

Q:  What if I have a problem on the job?  Who do I talk to?
A:  If you have a problem on the job, contact your recruiter at Unlimited Staffing, and we will work together with you to find a resolution.

Q:  What if a long-term position becomes available at the company I’m assigned to?  Who do I contact if I’m interested?
A:  Always contact Unlimited Staffing.  Your representative will contact the client regarding your interest in the available position.

Q:  What if I’m late, can’t make it to my assignment, or need time off, who do I call?
A:  If you are unable to make it to an assignment or interview, or are running late, please contact Unlimited Staffing immediately.  We have an answer machine available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.  Please leave a message.
