Q: Can I review resumes and interview before bringing an Unlimited Staffing candidate into my company? 
A:  Per the clients’ preference, Unlimited Staffing is happy to provide resumes and/or arrange interviews with potential candidates. 

Q:  I would like to hire an Unlimited Staffing employee. What do I need to do to hire this person? 
A:  An Unlimited Staffing employee must complete 520 hours working at your site to be eligible to be hired.  Simply contact Unlimited Staffing and we will track the employee’s hours.  If you wish to hire an employee before the required 520 hours is complete, contact our office for a quote. 

Q:  I have a candidate I’ve interviewed that I would like to “try out”.  Does Unlimited Staffing provide payrolling services?  
A:  Unlimited Staffing does provide payrolling services.  Call our office for more information. 

Q:  An Unlimited Staffing employee is not performing to my expectations.  How do I resolve this situation?
A:  Call your Unlimited Staffing Specialist to discuss a resolution to the problem. 

Q:  An Unlimited Staffing employee has an on-the-job accident and requires immediate medical attention.  What is the procedure? 
A:  Provide for the safety of the individual, and contact Unlimited Staffing as soon as possible.
